Amber & Pickled Herring
For the first time ever this weekend, I am going to try pickled herring. I am very excited both for the healthfulness of small fishes and for the pickledness. I love pickled most everything: garlic, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, olives, eggs. Why wouldn't I love pickled herring? I can't wait.
