Amber & First Tray of Summer

Garlic, sun-dried tomato, prosciutto, blue cheese and provolone stuffed olives, cracked green olives, cornichon, garlic sour pickles, pancetta, pepper-cured turkey, salami, pepper poppers, assorted crackers, fresh basil and mozzarella, fontina, cucumbers, marinated mushrooms and artichokes.

Pepper poppers are maybe one of my all-time favorite foods. Or at least they are the food I eat too much of when I know I shouldn't when Nick is telling me to stop and then feel sick afterward and yet have no regrets.
