Everyone should definitely eat that often. I might be itching to leave for the weekend and thus compulsively updating my blogs, but then again, maybe I'm not.

I ate that in London, but instead of a picket fence of sausage links in a rectangular yorkshire pudding, it was a coil of sausage inside a round pudding. What I remember is: Yum.

I will make some soon. I'm actually shocked it's not in my James Beard Cookbook. He seems to have every obscure, unhealthy ethnic dish.
