Amber & Bye, Bye Botanicals

The countdown has begun. On February 13, I will leave my position as Chief Gardener at the Bronx Garden of Botanical Delights in order to become Nursery Director at Mother Goose, Inc. CRD thinks I am going to be so good at herding all those kittens with lost mittens. I hope also to expand the diets of both Jack Spratt and his wife.

Bye, Bye, Garden.

Hello, Mother Goose, Inc.

Here is the thing I don't understand about your new job: How does a goose play piano? If she tries to play two non-adjacent keys, don't all the keys in between get pushed down by her webbed feet? Are there special songs written just for geese?

See how she is using her little goosey nails to tap the keys? I haven't started the job yet, so I won't be able to answer ALL of your questions yet.

WHHHHHHHAAAATTTTTTTTTT? Is it too late to call? Yes, it's too late to call. Call you tomorrow? Agenda item 1 (15% off area) might need to bump down to Agenda item 2. Have I mentioned that I love you lots?

I never understood why it wasn't Bronx Botanical Garden. If it's good enough for the Zoo, why not for the Garden?

Me and all my girls at the Ursuline School are going to throw you a farewell party at Kennedy's Fried Chicken. And we're pooling together to get you tickets for High School Musical III on Ice.
